The Orbment Revolution heralded a time of great prosperity for people. By using the mysterious energies harnessed by the mechanical engines called Orbments, there has been great leaps in technology, such as the development of airships, and the products of this are indelibly linked to everyday life. At the same time, the strongest countries have developed numerous Orbment-based weapons in bids to outdo each other, each with an eye on world domination. In this world, there is an organization which transcends national boundaries, the Bracer's Guild. The guild devotes itself to protecting the peace of the land, and the safety of civilians. Upon request, its members undertake various quests such as the extermination of monsters and crime prevention, and they may even mediate disputes between governments.Estelle and Joshua are two young members of the guild who find themselves in opposition to the organization Ouroboros, whose actions have shaken the country of Liberl to its very foundation. And when Joshua leaves to pursue Ouroboros on his own, Estelle goes after him with the aid of fellow guild members Klose, Olivier and Scherazard.

The story revolves around the protagonist Hirono Hiro, a poor high school boy who draws shoujo manga for his living. One cold Christmas night after meeting a very strange woman in a church, who tells him that he's going to meet someone he has to meet, his bike gets stolen by another strange girl. He runs after her and finds her collapsed on the street. Her name is Miyamura Miyako and her bag got stolen by a man on a motorbike. Soon after, they start hanging out together, enjoying highschool life. Miyako falls for Hiro pretty quickly but naturally finds a rival in his childhood friend, Shindou Kei, who has been dictating Hiro's life since ever.
Ef a Tale of Melodies
The anime once again tells two stories.The first story takes place in the past. Himura Yuu meets a girl, Amamiya Yuuko who seems to know him, but he doesn't know her. However, he soon remembers that she was a girl whom he knew from long ago. Yuuko then tells him something which he never knew. He was her first love since then, and her first love has not ended yet. The second story takes place in the present, just after the events of Ef - A Tale of Memories.. Kuze Shuuichi meets the cousin of Asou Renji, Hayama Mizuki and spends a lot of time with her. Unknown to Mizuki, Kuze had contracted a fatal illness and has little time left to live. Kuze had decided to break all romantic ties, but things go bad when Mizuki tells him that she loves him.

On Christmas Eve, Hiro Hirono's bike is stolen by a girl chasing a thief who stole her purse. He gives chase and finds her unconscious and his bike ruined. The girl, Miyako Miyamura, soon awakes and the two begin to talk. After making sure she is okay, they end up spending Christmas Eve together. Later, Hiro finds out Miyako attends the same school as him and they begin to spend more and more time together, Miyako developing affections for Hiro. Kei Shindou—Hiro's childhood friend who has long held a crush on him—begins to become jealous and a love triangle follows. The series also tells the story of Renji Asou. One day, he meets Chihiro Shindou, the twin sister of Kei Shindou, at an abandoned train station. Even though she's very shy, they get along pretty well and begin meeting at the same spot everyday; however, Renji finds out that Chihiro was in a car accident years ago and as a consequence she suffers from a disability: her memory lasts only 13 hours. Nevertheless, after learning that Chihiro's dream is to write a novel, Renji finally decides to help her fulfill her dream while also trying to make her overcome the difficulties imposed by her condition.

Take one group of rabid fan girls with tenuous grips on reality, toss out all rules of proper social behavior, mix them together in a basement with more twisted anime parodies and allusions than you can shake a schtick at, and what do you get? Well, besides a recipe for disaster, if borderline delusional Todayama Kyouko is in what passes for charge, you get the Asstronomical Club, where mayhem rules and the wall between the real world and total fantasy shatters at least once every five minutes! And as if things weren't wild enough, let's throw in a boys love manga fanatic who always seems to end up in her underwear, a maid on a secret mission,a ruthless arch-enemy whose goal is to have the club disbanded, and a cat as the faculty adviser! And then there's Itsuki, who still inexplicably thinks this is a club for astronomy... Although to be fair, some of the members do seem to be robots/aliens and/or from outer space. One thing's for certain though: the Student Council will most definitely not approve of what happens when the Insane-O-Meter redlines and freaky fan girls run wild in Ebiten!

Early Reins
Early Reins features six beautiful women on a train en route to Sunshine Hill in the early 1800s. When the train is highjacked by robbers and the soldiers on board are caught unawares, another surprise is in store: these lovely ladies can fight! The heroine emerges as Margarette, a young woman determined to become a sheriff although she is somewhat lacking in experience. She gains plenty on this trip, however, and the ragtag team of Western warriors joins forces with another passenger, Spencer, to fight some nefarious bandits and guide the train to safety.
Earl and Fairy
The story is set in Victorian England. It follows the adventures of 17-year old Lydia Carlton, who is nicknamed the Fairy Doctor due to her interest in fairies. Her life takes a 180-degrees turn when she meets Edgar J.C. Ashenbert, the Legendary Blue Knight Count and his crew on a sea voyage to London. Edgar hires her as an adviser during his quest to obtain a treasured sword that was supposed to be handed down to him by his family.

Kai, who has powers different from the rest, together with his sickly sister Hikaru was protected by an organization called ASHURUM. Scouted by Eiji, Kai was delegated to the ASHURUM special force AESES and undergo intensive training. Whenever he was free, Kai visited Hikaru at the hospital belongs to the organization, but Hikaru's condition never improved. So, one year later, with amazing growth from the intensive training, Kai decides to escape from the organization.
