Only Yesterday revolves around Taeko, a single woman working a desk job in Tokyo in 1982, taking a vacation in the countryside with the family of her sister in-law. During her vacation, Taeko finds herself looking back at her time as a young schoolgirl growing up in 1966. The film flips back and forth between the two time periods with a lot of nostalgia and beautiful country scenery as Taeko sorts out her flashbacks and tries to make some tough decisions about her future.

Its big enough to have its own city inside, including a sports arena! In the top floor of the building lies to real lost book of Nostradamus. Lupin wants the book because of its high value, and after a first unsuccesful attempt, he goes to other means.He goes undercover to a prison on a remote island. There is an old friend of Lupin's and he goes to try to figure out how to obtain the lost book. Of course while escaping, he runs into trouble with the terriost group.

When he wakes up, he sees a small girl and a village — except this village is the one that should be submerged below the dam. Yuuta realizes that he slipped back time to over thirty years ago, before the dam was completed. Another summer vacation, and another chance for Yuuta to reclaim what cannot be reclaimed, begins.
